Our Staff

The childcare teachers in Wilmington MA on this page are the reason families stay with Abundant Life for years. Because relationships come before curriculum here, our childcare teachers in Wilmington MA are hired for warmth as much as for credentials. Moreover, many have been with us for over a decade, so children often meet the same familiar faces from the infant room through Pre-K.

Every member of our team is background-checked, CPR and first-aid trained, and supported with ongoing professional development. In addition, our co-directors and admissions coordinator are on site daily, so questions rarely wait. Therefore, when you tour, you will meet the people who will actually care for your child rather than a sales representative.

Teachers are matched to the age group that suits them best. For example, some thrive in the calm of the infant room, while others love the energy of toddler care or the curiosity of preschool. Consequently, each classroom has a lead teacher who genuinely wants to be there. Finally, if you would like to meet the childcare teachers in Wilmington MA who would work with your child, book a tour and we will introduce you.
